Own A Front Row Seat to Rock History While Providing Homes, Education and Food to Haiti’s Children!

Rooted in American History, this striking gold 1965 Cadillac Coupe de Ville has ferried the iconic bands, Van Halen and Journey to performances across California. Scott Ross, tour manager for Van Halen, first purchased the six-seater in 1999 and used it to get Van Halen to gigs in the Los Angeles area. In 2013, Ross returned to a previous position as road manager for Journey and brought the white-walled beauty with him to transport band members to performances in the San Francisco Bay region.

Band-&-Car---3In 2017, Ross sold his beloved Cadillac to Dr. Andreas Kamlot, a leading heart surgeon from the East Bay Area of San Francisco, California, and a CRUDEM Foundation volunteer at Hôpital Sacré-Coeur in Milot, Haiti. Thanks to the generosity of Dr. Kamlot, the convertible will be auctioned through eBay in September 2017, with all proceeds going directly to support the northern Haiti community outreach projects by Hôpital Sacré-Coeur’s Sister Ann Crawley, C.S.J.P.

In support of this great charitable effort, the car was signed by all Journey band members in May 2017 before a Las Vegas concert and is now available as the ultimate collector’s piece of Rock history!

Lead singer Amel Pineda and band members Neal Schon, Ross Valory, Steve Smith and Jonathan Cain signed their names in several spots in the Cadillac.

Love-In-Action: All Proceeds from the Auction will go to Sister Ann’s Hôpital Sacré-Coeur Haiti Outreach Projects

Since her arrival at Hôpital Sacré-Coeur in 2009, Sister Ann Crawley, of the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Peace, walks daily into the mountainous jungles and down the village streets of Milot, Haiti. Her mission is to find the poorest of the poor, the infirm, the blind and orphaned children who live in desperate squalor, and offer them assistance. She doesn’t have to look far.

After eight years of delivering miracles, people in dire need find her. With a practiced eye, Sister Ann spots the most at-risk members of the community and combines the provisions for basic needs with individual servings of hope, love and understanding.

Sister-Ann-2Sister Ann’s outreach program delivers food to malnourished children, many orphaned and living on the streets, builds houses for the homeless, elderly and blind, and pays for school tuitions, uniforms and supplies for more than 200 children. The program is administered by Hôpital Sacré-Coeur and funded through donations to The CRUDEM Foundation.

Sr. Ann has built nearly 200 homes. You can imagine the joy a new house brings to people who have never lived in a real structure. These projects also give employment to local men and women, which help them feed and educate their children.

Food-1

Free education is rare in Haiti. Only 40% of Haiti’s children attend school. An effective way to break the cycle of poverty and disease is through education.

Orphans living on the streets, the elderly and disabled gratefully accept the food Sr. Ann provides them on a regular basis. Often, it is the only meal they eat for several days.
