Offered by Etienne Picasse
Lord, we ask that You bless the work of Hôpital Sacré Coeur and its faithful partner, The CRUDEM Foundation. For more than 26 years, You have made our hospital a refuge for the sick and suffering of Haiti. We pray that You will allow us to continue this work in Your name for another 26 years.
We thank You for the unconditional love of the volunteers, who come to Milot solely to do Your work. And we are grateful to You for those who sacrifice to give us financial support, without which our hospital would not exist. But most of all, Eternal Father, we thank You for giving us the privilege of caring for your Son, delivered into our hands in the person of each patient who seeks treatment at Hôpital Sacré Coeur.
Finally, we remember, and entrust to Your merciful love, the souls of Bro. Yves, Carlos Reese and the souls of all the faithful departed who built our hospital, came as selfless volunteers and performed countless good works here in Your name. We pray that You grant us the strength to serve You as they did.
Etienne Picasse is in charge of the housekeeping department at Hôpital Sacré Coeur.
