Recipes from Haiti: Lola’s Crémas

Blend 1 cup rum, 1 cup evaporated milk and 2 cups sweetened-condensed milk, adding vanilla extract and powdered nutmeg, cinnamon and anise. You can substitute part of the evaporated milk with coconut milk. Serve chilled.
