For nearly 60% of our staff, the only way to get to hospital is by way of tap taps, small pickup trucks operated by local Haitians which are often overloaded with more than 16 people. The two passenger buses donated by Holy Name Medical Center have made the journey safer and allow for some small economic relief. One bus holds 54 passengers and the other carries 77 passengers.
