Hôpital Sacré-Coeur recently received an early Christmas present of a year’s worth of cleaning, pest control and other essential supplies from SC Johnson & Son, trusted maker of household and commercial products.
It is difficult to keep any medical facility clean and nearly impossible in a place like Haiti, where every day is a struggle to keep the lights on and the gates open. Hôpital Sacré-Coeur has never had the funds to purchase products like those donated by SC Johnson.
Prior to their thoughtful gift, the hospital had to make due with low quality locally available—often diluted—cleaning products. The gift from SC Johnson will make the hospital’s housekeeping program more efficient and effective—and the staff have fallen in love with the SC Johnson products.
In addition to Windex, Shout and Scrubbing Bubbles, the donated SC Johnson products include: Off, Raid, Mr. Muscle and Ziploc bags.
The staff and patients of Hôpital Sacré-Coeur are grateful to Fisk Johnson and everyone at SC Johnson & Son for their generosity. They have helped to make our hospital a cleaner, safer place—hard to imagine a better Christmas present than this.
