We are raising money for the Crudem Foundation by hosting one of the largest bake sales the St. Louis area has ever seen! – and we would love for you to come and check it out.
Friday, Feb 12th at Scottrade Center: GFI Digital, St. Patrick Center (www.stpatrickcenter.org) and HollyBerry Baking Company have teamed up to raise money for the Crudem Foundations efforts in Haiti. This fundraising effort was born from the idea of a homeless client of St. Patrick Center who wanted to help the victims of the devastating earthquake that struck the nation of Haiti. From this idea, the Helping Hearts Cookies (www.stlhelpinghearts.org) was born.
With the help of several area companies, we have raised over $15,000 and recruited over 100 volunteers. Since Wells Fargo has stepped up to underwrite the cost – all the proceeds go to Haiti. This Friday night, prior to the hockey game, we will be passing out the Helping Hearts Cookies and asking for donations. With this game sold out to over 20,000 hockey fans, our goal is to triple our initial $15,000 sponsorship total.
The cookie sale is from 5pm – 7pm this Friday night. There will be a 43’ RV parked right outside the entrance to the garage – we are meeting there.
